Annually Renewed Business and Literary Fiction Booklists

Browse Our Booklists!

It’s the human stories in books, the numbers in the case of professional books, the narratives behind the experiences, that influence leadership decisions and, therefore shape the stories as well through reading. In December, we recommend business books, while in spring, we curate selections of literary fiction works.

Our booklists are currently available only in Hungarian.

Walnut Tree Stories

Business and Literature for Future Generations

The walnut tree has become an important symbol of Bridge Budapest, representing long-term thinking: we plant it today, but we may never enjoy its shade, just as the business decisions we make today may not show immediate returns, yet they are essential if we want something to remain for future generations.

The literary selection of Walnut Tree Stories was first published on the 10th anniversary of Bridge Budapest Association, where contemporary writers tell stories about legacies that span generations. Every year, new Walnut Tree Stories are added, and for the 15th anniversary, a special volume will be created, bringing together Hungarian contemporary literature, business, and our commitment to future generations. Currently, the stories are available in audiobook format, narrated by Lia Pokorny and Réka Tenki.
