Our goal is to shape business culture and leadership mindset to create a business ecosystem where knowledge and performance matter; where not just a few companies are committed to social causes, but where this is the leadership norm; and where leaders have a conscious, long-term strategy for what they leave behind.

To achieve our vision, we have launched several initiatives:

EDISONPLATFORM – A parental education platform, through which we are currently connecting and encouraging 240 child-developing, innovative and knowledge-based organizations to collaborate, among others, with companies committed to future generations. 

FOR A RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS CULTURE Program – Encourages and recognizes the transparent operations of companies striving for responsibility and therefore pay particular attention to their own integrity, finances, relationships with employees and business partners.

COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL RECOGNITIONS – We have established several awards, which aims to recognize, highlight, and showcase outstanding actors in their respective fields. Our awards: Edison100 Special Awards, the Bridge Business Community Awards, and the Forbes-Bridge Philanthropy Award.

MINDSET-SHAPING AND KNOWLEDGE-BASED CAMPAIGNS – We are advocates of conscious leadership role, aiming to empower business actors to make better leadership decisions.
In our Shadow Program, we organize civil-business and business-business mentorship programs; with our Booklists, we recommend books that encourage broader perspectives; we offer legacy training programs within the Legacy Lab framework; create leadership behavior guides; and call for social responsibility in our Third 1% campaign.
