We’ve conducted Hungary’s First Legacy Leader research

Our Legacy Report reveals how domestic business leaders view the leadership approach, that based on what they leave behind.

Who is a Legacy Leader?

A (business) leader who, beyond their own interests, plans for the long-term, with commitment to the future generations. They understand their responsibility, take actions for it, and set an example with strong personal integrity. They use their own resources to commit to social causes. It matters for them, what they leave behind for the next generations.

Bridge Legacy Lab’s leadership mindset-shaping programs

We offer mindset-shaping programs tailored to every stage of a leader’s career, because we believe that the earlier leaders begin their conscious journey, the better companies will be built, and the better business decisions will be made for future generations as well.

Legacy Kickoff

Our goal is to bring the Legacy Leadership approach to Future Leaders through colleges for advanced studies and student organizations, so that leaders can build a conscious strategy with using their resources to the fullest.

Legacy Fellowship

An invitation-based scholarship program for promising young leaders. Our aim is to support long-term thinking and value-driven operations from the very beginning of their leadership journey.

Legacy Leadership Program

A half- or full-day mindset-shaping program for mid- and senior-level managers, on raising awareness of taking individual responsibility.

Why is this important as a leader?

Today, few leaders have plans that span 10-15 years — few think about what they will leave behind when they hand over their company or position. We help them recognize their own impact and what they can do to leave behind a more lovable world for the next generation. A mindset, that is, in fact, also a business interest, as it is the basis for long-term, sustainable growth.

Our goal is for participants in the program to recognize and understand that from the moment they become leaders, they have the opportunity to do more than just what is required. This is not a renunciation, nor an obligation, but an aspiration that can be interpreted not only as social responsibility, but also as their own leadership work and activities within the company.
